Missions21 LLC, doing business as Missions21 Ecosystems (“Missions21 Ecosystems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use any website, application, software platform, directory, educational service, database, or ministry resource operated by Missions21 Ecosystems.

This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future Missions21 Ecosystems services, including but not limited to Missions21, IFBMT, ProphetsChambers.com, Dep-U, and any additional products, websites, applications, or services operated by Missions21 Ecosystems.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of our services, and information received from third parties.

Information we collect may include:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and account credentials
  • Church, ministry, mission board, and ministry-related information
  • Missionary profiles, doctrinal responses, questionnaires, and submitted content
  • Course enrollments, training records, and certificates
  • Directory listings, reviews, comments, community contributions, and user-generated content
  • Purchases, transaction information, donations, and subscription information
  • Financial, administrative, accounting, reimbursement, support, and ministry-related records voluntarily submitted by users or organizations
  • IP addresses, browser information, device information, operating system information, login activity, cookies, analytics information, and usage data

We may also collect, compile, organize, publish, display, or redistribute information that is publicly available, submitted for publication, obtained from public sources, or otherwise lawfully made available to us, including church, ministry, missionary, mission board, lodging, directory, and contact information.

Publicly available information may include names, ministry affiliations, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, service times, doctrinal summaries, and other information commonly published for ministry or directory purposes.

Requests to remove, correct, or suppress publicly available information will be reviewed in our discretion and subject to applicable law, operational requirements, platform integrity, ministry-related purposes, and the public or directory nature of the information.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors. Missions21 Ecosystems does not store complete credit card numbers or full payment credentials on its servers.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

  • Create and manage accounts
  • Verify identities and ministry affiliations
  • Provide access to services and educational resources
  • Operate directories, ministry tools, and community features
  • Process payments, donations, and subscriptions
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Analyze platform usage and performance
  • Communicate with users, including newsletters, updates, and service announcements
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Review, classify, organize, validate, or improve data quality using automation, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, large language models, or similar technologies.

We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or similar technologies to assist with platform functionality, search, moderation, support, analytics, and quality improvement.

We do not knowingly use private user information with third-party artificial intelligence tools in a manner intended to make such private information publicly available.

Users may opt out of non-essential marketing communications through available unsubscribe methods. Service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to operate or administer user accounts.

3. UNIFIED ECOSYSTEM PLATFORM

Missions21 Ecosystems operates a unified ministry platform consisting of multiple interconnected services, applications, directories, educational resources, and ministry tools.

Users may access multiple services through a single account. Information submitted through one service may be stored within a centralized database and utilized across multiple Missions21 Ecosystems services to provide integrated functionality and a unified user experience.

Information may be used across the ecosystem for account management, ministry profiles, educational records, directory participation, customer support, security, analytics, reporting, and future platform development.

Users retain control over what information is made publicly visible to other users. Information designated as private will not be intentionally displayed publicly solely because it is utilized by another Missions21 Ecosystems service.

Information may remain accessible internally within the Missions21 Ecosystems platform and may be used to provide integrated functionality even when such information is not publicly visible to other users.

4. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC FEATURES

Certain services contain information that may be visible to other authorized users as part of the functionality of the platform.

Information displayed through the services may originate from users, public sources, third parties, or community contributions. Missions21 Ecosystems does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information, and users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it.

Missions21 missionary profiles, doctrinal questionnaires, ministry information, interviews, videos, and related content are generally available only to registered users and may be subject to approval or verification requirements established by Missions21 Ecosystems.

IFBMT contains both private information and collaborative information. Users may choose to contribute certain information to collaborative databases and community resources. Information designated as public by a user may remain within collaborative resources after account termination and may be retained in anonymized form.

ProphetsChambers.com contains directory information, listings, reviews, and related community contributions. Reviews may be displayed without identifying the submitting user, although Missions21 Ecosystems may retain internal records necessary for moderation, support, security, and operational purposes.

5. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform.

By submitting content, users grant Missions21 Ecosystems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the services.

6. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Missions21 Ecosystems uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality, analyze usage, enhance security, and improve user experience.

Users may disable cookies through browser settings, although some functionality may become unavailable.

7. INFORMATION SHARING

Missions21 Ecosystems does not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, technology vendors, analytics providers, and professional advisors.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, governmental request, or other legal process, when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, safety, or security of Missions21 Ecosystems or its users, or facilitate a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar transaction.

8. DATA SECURITY

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. DATA RETENTION

Missions21 Ecosystems may retain account information, ministry records, educational records, directory information, and related data after account cancellation, subscription expiration, or inactivity.

Information is generally retained for at least six (6) months after account cancellation and may be retained longer for operational, legal, historical, analytical, security, backup, restoration, or ministry-related purposes.

Users may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal obligations, legitimate organizational interests, platform integrity requirements, and the preservation of anonymized collaborative records.

Deletion requests apply to active systems and records under our control. Deleted information may remain in backups, archives, logs, disaster recovery systems, or other retained copies until such systems are updated, overwritten, or retired in the ordinary course of business.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are intended primarily for adults and ministry leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age.

11. USER RIGHTS

Users may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, ministries, churches, mission boards, lodging providers, payment processors, and other organizations.

Missions21 Ecosystems is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Missions21 Ecosystems operates from the United States. By using our services, users understand and agree that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed within the United States and other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Missions21 Ecosystems may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Welcome to Missions21 Ecosystems.

We believe ministry relationships work best when expectations are clear. These Terms are intended to explain how our services operate, what users can expect from Missions21 Ecosystems, and the responsibilities associated with using the platform. While these Terms contain important legal provisions, they have been written with the goal of being as straightforward and understandable as possible.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, software platforms, educational services, directories, databases, and ministry resources operated by Missions21 LLC, doing business as Missions21 Ecosystems (“Missions21 Ecosystems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to all current and future Missions21 Ecosystems services, including but not limited to Missions21, IFBMT, ProphetsChambers.com, Dep-U, and any future products or services operated by Missions21 Ecosystems.

By accessing or using any Missions21 Ecosystems service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

Missions21 Ecosystems exists to provide ministry-focused tools, educational resources, networking opportunities, directories, and support systems for missionaries, churches, pastors, mission boards, and ministry leaders.

Our services are intended to facilitate ministry connections, stewardship, training, communication, collaboration, and ministry effectiveness.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND DOCTRINAL STANDARDS

Missions21 Ecosystems exists primarily to serve Independent Baptist missionaries, churches, pastors, mission boards, and ministry leaders.

Missions21 Ecosystems does not offer services specifically directed toward children and does not knowingly permit children under thirteen (13) years of age to create accounts.

Because doctrinal alignment and ministry purpose are fundamental to the mission of Missions21 Ecosystems, access to the services may be subject to doctrinal considerations, ministry status, church affiliation, mission board affiliation, verification requirements, age requirements, or other eligibility criteria established by Missions21 Ecosystems.

Users agree not to use the platform in a manner inconsistent with the mission, doctrinal position, standards, purposes, or intended use of the services.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right to establish, modify, approve, deny, suspend, revoke, restrict, or terminate access to any service, feature, account, verification status, or user privilege at its discretion in order to protect the mission, doctrinal integrity, security, and intended purpose of the platform.

Verification, approval, or access to any service does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, or agreement with every belief, statement, activity, or position of a user or organization.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting your login credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account

Misrepresentation of ministry credentials, church affiliations, mission board affiliations, ministry experience, or other material information may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. SINGLE ACCOUNT ECOSYSTEM

Missions21 Ecosystems operates a unified ministry platform consisting of multiple interconnected services, applications, directories, educational resources, and ministry tools.

Users may access multiple services through a single account. Information submitted through one service may be stored within a centralized database and utilized across multiple Missions21 Ecosystems services to provide integrated functionality and a unified user experience.

5. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Certain features or services may require verification.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right to establish, modify, approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or waive verification requirements at any time and for any category of user, organization, ministry, church, mission board, host, or service.

Verification does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, inspection, or guarantee by Missions21 Ecosystems.

6. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform.

By submitting content, users grant Missions21 Ecosystems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, transmit, and otherwise use such content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the services.

Users represent and warrant that:

  • They own the content they submit or possess all rights, permissions, licenses, and authority necessary to submit such content and grant the license described in these Terms.
  • The submission, display, storage, distribution, or use of such content through the services does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right, contract right, or other legal right of any person or entity.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit and for obtaining any permissions, licenses, releases, or authorizations necessary for such content.

Missions21 Ecosystems does not independently verify ownership of user-submitted content and assumes no responsibility for determining whether users possess the rights necessary to submit such content.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Missions21 Ecosystems, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from content submitted by the user or from any allegation that such content infringes or violates the rights of another person or entity.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, restrict, edit, disable, or refuse any content at its discretion.

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ministry-minded manner.

Users may not:

  • Submit knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or otherwise harm other users.
  • Publish defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate another individual, church, ministry, mission board, organization, or entity.
  • Upload, distribute, or share content in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or negatively affect the operation of the platform or its services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, databases, services, or information.
  • Circumvent, disable, interfere with, probe, test, or compromise security measures, authentication systems, access controls, or platform protections.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals or permit unauthorized access to an account.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies to access, collect, copy, harvest, extract, reproduce, or compile information from the services without the prior written permission of Missions21 Ecosystems.
  • Use information obtained through the services to create, support, train, populate, operate, or improve competing or substantially similar products, services, databases, directories, educational platforms, or ministry resources.
  • Use the services to transmit malware, malicious code, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful software or technology.
  • Use the services to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, automated messages, or other unwanted communications.
  • Use the services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental requirement.
  • Use the platform for solicitation unrelated to the intended ministry purposes of the services.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other actions it deems appropriate to protect the platform, its users, and its mission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to one or more Missions21 Ecosystems services.

8. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC SERVICES

Certain services contain information that may be visible to other authorized users as part of the functionality of the platform.

Certain directories, listings, profiles, and ministry information displayed through the services may originate from public sources, user submissions, third-party contributions, or information otherwise lawfully made available to Missions21 Ecosystems.

ProphetsChambers.com contains directory information, listings, reviews, and related community contributions. Listing inclusion does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, inspection, or verification by Missions21 Ecosystems.

Dep-U provides educational materials, training resources, courses, videos, downloadable materials, and related content. Educational content remains the intellectual property of Missions21 Ecosystems unless otherwise stated.

Missions21 Ecosystems may approve, deny, suspend, revoke, modify, organize, update, or remove access to information, listings, services, or community features as necessary to maintain the integrity and intended purpose of the platform.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, software, branding, logos, databases, questionnaires, educational materials, videos, workflows, designs, training systems, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies are owned by Missions21 Ecosystems or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the services.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

10. DONATIONS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, AND LICENSES

Missions21 Ecosystems may receive donations, subscriptions, sponsorships, educational fees, partnership contributions, and other ministry-related payments.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

Free trials, promotional access periods, and evaluation periods may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation of a free trial, promotional access period, or evaluation period results in the immediate termination of access to the applicable service, regardless of any remaining time in the trial or promotional period.

Certain products or services may be provided pursuant to subscription, license, promotional, special access, or other access arrangements. Any such access rights are personal, non-transferable, and do not create ownership rights in any software, platform, content, database, feature, technology, or service.

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, migrate, update, or retire any product, service, feature, technology, content, or platform component at any time.

Access rights, including any access described as “lifetime,” “permanent,” or similar terminology, are subject to the continued operation and availability of the applicable service and do not guarantee access to new services or the continued availability of any particular feature, content, technology, integration, interface, or functionality.

Any refund, satisfaction guarantee, promotional offer, or special cancellation right shall be governed by the specific terms accompanying that offer.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Missions21 Ecosystems may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abuse of platform resources
  • Conduct inconsistent with platform purposes
  • Security concerns

Data may be retained after termination, cancellation, or inactivity in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. DISCLAIMERS

Missions21 Ecosystems provides software, educational resources, networking tools, directories, ministry information, community resources, and communication platforms that may contain information originating from users, public sources, third parties, and collaborative contributions.

Missions21 Ecosystems does not independently verify, endorse, guarantee, inspect, certify, or warrant the accuracy, suitability, doctrinal position, safety, financial stability, ministry effectiveness, availability, reliability, or quality of any church, pastor, missionary, mission board, ministry, property, host, lodging provider, service provider, or third party listed, referenced, reviewed, or accessible through the platform.

Missions21 Ecosystems may utilize automation, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, large language models, and similar technologies in connection with the operation, administration, organization, moderation, support, security, analytics, and improvement of the services.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any ministry relationship, financial arrangement, lodging arrangement, support agreement, partnership, meeting, travel plan, communication, or other interaction arising from information found on the platform.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

MISSIONS21 ECOSYSTEMS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SUITABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISSIONS21 ECOSYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Missions21 Ecosystems, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Missions21 Ecosystems shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, internet outages, governmental actions, cyber incidents, or similar events.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing arbitration. Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina.

Each party shall bear its own costs and fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Nothing in these Terms, the Christian nature of the organization, or the ministry-focused purpose of the services shall be interpreted as a waiver of any legal rights, protections, remedies, or responsibilities that Missions21 Ecosystems may have to protect itself, its users, its data, its intellectual property, or the integrity of its services under applicable law.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the services.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Missions21 Ecosystems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Material changes may be communicated through email notifications, platform notifications, website announcements, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the services after such modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
